13th Annual Arizona Colloquium in Ancient Philosophy:
Plato's Republic

General Information:

The 13th Annual Arizona Colloquium in Ancient Philosophy will be held on Friday, February 15th through Sunday, February 17th, 2008 in Tucson, Arizona.

The conference is hosted by the Philosophy Department at the University of Arizona.

Friday's talks will be held at the Manning House in downtown Tucson. The talks on Saturday and Sunday will be held in the Integrated Learning Center on the University of Arizona campus. (Click here for more information about the Manning House)

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided on Friday and there will be a dinner and reception on Saturday evening.

Registration Information:

There is a registration fee of $140 ($80 for graduate students), due by February 1, 2008. Payment should be made in the form of a check payable to the U of A Foundation, Philosophy. Please send payment, along with a short letter or with a completed registration form, to:

Lodging Information:

There are rooms available at conference rate at the Four Points Sheraton Hotel, adjacent to the campus. To make your reservation, call 520-327-7341 or 800-325-3535, and ask for a room under the "Thirteenth Annual Colloquium in Ancient Philosophy" room block. You must reserve a room by January 19, 2007 to receive the conference rate.
